It should be pretty funny when the censorship king is in front of a judge petulantly whining that he has been called the censorship king and that these people should be censored. Laughing

Something Herr Warman should keep in mind:

I don't think he is going to get anywhere with this childish lawsuit aside from wasting more tax dollars and court time. His history has shown that he indeed is shameless in his pursuit of those wastes.

Either way, lets say Warman manages to shut FD down (long long long shot).

That will leave hundreds of posters homeless and moving into the bloggisphere. Most of these posters will not be amused with this anti-free-speech crusader.

Clearly Mr. Warman does not like all the bad things people say about him to pop up when he googles himself. There was some evidence that he has been having a hard time on the dating front, perhaps he does not want potential partners to be put off if they see the number of people online who point out what a fool Richard Warman is.

Now imagine what will happen if Richard Warman's name is mentioned on dozens and dozens of blogs often in a derogatory way. What will that do for his ego-surfing with google? The top 1000 hits would likely come from these sites.

Would Warman have the means to spawn lawsuits against dozens or hundreds of blogs? Many of those posters on the blogs would likely be anonymous and much less restrained than those who post on FD.

In Warman's crusade to step on the rights of individuals to free-speech he may indeed cut off the head of the hydra.
