I finally got a look at the most recent affidavit submitted about the John Doe defendants.
It is full of all kinds of personal information, maps to their houses, and pictures of their children and spouses.
This information was in the hands of the Anti-racist thugs at the ARC site before all of us had even been served. This site, until recently, had a link to the notorious Toronto ARA on their front page, and they often admit to sharing common goals with the violent ARA, whose slogan is "through any means necessary". Although they have taken to denying that they approve of violence themselves.
Now, I know that WE didn't give that ultra-personal information to the anti-racists (we didn't even get to see it until days after they posted it), and it certainly wasn't the John Does.
All I'm going to say about it is that, when Mark and I attended the Ouwendyk hearing, a detailed report went up on that very same anti-racist site the next day, and the ONLY ONE in that court room who could have written that report was Richard Warman.
Combine that with the fact that Warman spoke at an ARA meeting about his "maximum disruption" technique, and, well, I don't think I have to spell out what I think happened here.
Now, I don't want everyone to go ballistic on this thread and frighten the little woman again, so watch what you say. But, the John Does really need your prayers and moral support right now because they have been severely wronged!

This is why I kick in what I can financially - I just can't get my head around this stuff - Pictures of their children?
How can this happen in my Canada? You and Mark have got to keep fighting and I will help all I can. I am so saddened to read this post-

This is nothing short of a terror campaign. These are violent people who should not have pictures of the wives and children of their political opponents. Are the ARA/ARC brownshirts planning a modern day Kristallnacht? The last time these thugs had a map of someone's house they included it with instructions on making firebombs.
This could end up becoming a criminal matter.

Is this Canada or the Soviet Union?
Pictures of family and children?
Who do these people think they are to try and intimidate fellow lawful, law obeying and abiding citizens like this?
I would like to know. Can we see pictures of whoever is in charge of their operation, pictures of their children and maps to their houses?
Where IS the law on this stuff? Sleeping at the helm?
In BC the citizens are asked by the Province and a special gang crime task force to cooperate with the authorities. They say that citizens are the only factor that can bring the crime syndicates down. Rightfully people are fearful of intimidation.
Maybe the authorities ought to direct their attention to these lawless thugs who make it their business to intimidate decent citizens.
These thugs are behaving like the drug cartels and their gangs.
We spend Thousands of education dollars each year on informing kids about bullying.
What these thugs are doing to decent citizens is nothing else but a big grand bullying scheme.
They need to be told "off" asap. It gets my blood boiling to hear this crap is happening. Get all your local politicians involved, all parties. Crap like this has to get stopped. |

Could the way the personal information of the FD8 was obtained -- or disseminated -- be in violation of any anti-stalking or privacy laws in Canada? If so, pursue it.

Isn't this a privacy commission issue? I realize that lawsuits are open to public scrutiny but going so far as to post family pictures and maps to family homes is quite beyond the norm. I think the families of the John Doe's may have a legitimate complaint under privacy laws.

I don't know the law. But shouldn't the RCMP be called in? Maybe CSIS? I really don't know who should step up, but someone should. Am I wrong?

That is so hateful to put their wife and childrens pictures in there. It has NOTHING to do with them posting here. That is sick and someone needs to sue the skirt off of him.

Putting a map of a person's house out there is vile. What good would come of that? Letting people know where to go Christmas caroling? I think not.

It seems to that if anyone in power has looked into this that something would have been done by now- Are these
little fiefdoms the law unto themselves? I can't believe that some kind of government agency allows clowns like Warman to keep doing this- Surely it is time for a house cleaning of these "human rights commissions " - Who can I contact about this - What minister is in charge- This is disgraceful and is starting to make Canada look like some low life dictatorship - I am truly enraged- |
