Many people have asked for an audio copy of Doug Christie's closing argument at the Marc Lemire Tribunal Hearing on September 16th.
So, here it is:

I enjoyed that very much Connie. I had a long conversation with him 4/5 years ago when he was stirring the Independance pot here in Alberta. He is a very intelligent man. And a tireless warrior for Freedom and Liberty. His name has been besmirched repeatedly by the MSM, but very carefully I might add. He was slandered by the press here in Alberta during the Keegstra affair. More or less along the lines that he was a racist etc. He took the MSM to court on the charge and won $25,000.00 in damages which he donated immediately to the less fortunate in society. A true and Noble Warrior for Freedom and Liberty. _________________ If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. I was impressed with him. Actually, I was impressed with Marc Lemire's entire team. I thought they did an excellent job on this case.
Fothergill (the lawyer for the Justice Department) actually put forth the argument that the Lemire case could be thrown out for breech of process, and he read through a long list of things that the CHRC and Richard Warman had done during this case that could be considered grounds for dismissal by the Federal Cournt.
They would rather see Marc Lemire walk than to see this Constitutional Challenge continue.
That just shows you how well Marc Lemire and his team did at exposing the rot and presenting it in an effective way. _________________ "...single men must have access to donor eggs and “gestational carriers.” - David Johnston, Governor General Appointee

Let us hope then that it makes it's way to the Supreme Court. I am not a lawyer but I still say deny them jurisdiction by not accedeing to any of their demands. Make them take their case to a real court, with a trained judge and a well informed Jury. _________________ If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. I am inspired by Christie's passion for populism and a nation governed by its people...not elites and Kakistocrats.
Christie and I live in the same country...his passion comes from seeing Canada as his HOME... not as a social experiment filled with nescient rabble to be tamed by juntas of puritanic overseers, or a place where greasy grifters and self serving formenters seek ascention to a ruling class.
Canada is our HOME and our servants have turned on us and opened the gates to burglars and vandals who come to rob the house but not live in it.
Christie's concept of civil justice extends from empathy with the common Canadian rather than the agendas and dogmas of a posturing bureaucratic political elite...and this is inspiring....it is a sad thing that his (once common) empathetic democratic populism is seen as "extremist or "hateful" by the ringleaders of our cultural marxist bureaucratic insurgency. _________________ Of all tyrannies a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive; those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. - C.S.
