Downward trend in my weight as I can FINALLY walk some without the walker.......

Also have to pass a "laundry test". They show you more energy-conservative methods for both, so I get to pick the food............pan seared salmon if things go as planned, with sauteed onions, mushrooms, and broccoli.

Take your BiPAP with you JB. If you need a rest during the day, the machine will ensure you get a proper recharge and can play later. I pray you have lots of sun and a gentle breeze to celebrate Independence Day.

There were about 30 adults there with about a dozen kids.....the adults brought their fireworks and beverages and some GREAT cooking............the kids brought their squirt tubes, swimming trunks, puppies, and enthusiasm...........general bedlam.
The adults had to have spent over $500 worth of sparklers, rockets, aerial shells, and various explosive devices..........it was hard to tell which were the adults and which were the kids after they broke out the artillery..................we all had a pesonal show and then a front row seat for the city fireworks which lasted at least an hour.......a live band was playing down the hill to add to the ambience and in all,
It was ALL good............!!!
I've slept most of the day except for the time spent in PT and OT.......haven't eaten yet............probably won't need to until early Augustk..........![]()
