Back in the good old days, the west used to trade in manufactured products.

Now we trade pollution credits.

Liberals call this progress. I do not.

California and Quebec can trade in Quatloos.
It makes more sense.
Don't forget- in November write in Ross Perot.

And in Canadian terms one general region seems to be doing most of the "pollution" paying from under crystal clear skies. Slick system they created for their benefit - as they always have. No matter what socio economic reality excuse is in play the same parties always seem to be doing the heavy lifting.

The most over-regulated canadian province team up with the most over regulated american state. Makes sense.
