The same John Tory who expelled rural conservative Bill Murdoch.

Nah, had Reform not gone it alone, people like Jason Kenney would still be frozen out of the party, Scott Brison would likely be leader, Joe Clark would be Governor General, separatism would be stronger than ever in Quebec, and probably in Alberta as well.

What exactly does Jason Kenney do that makes him worthwhile? As opposed to what he talked about before Mr Harper became PM.

The PC party was the mistake, the Reform was the answer... the Reform Party mistake was the alliance, the CA party and thinking that red tories can be trusted with anything. Well we learnt the lesson of the result... the CPC which has been a disaster to the conservative movement in Canada and to Canadians freedoms. The grassroots of the conservative movement is something Harper pees on now, not something that has any influence in the Tory controlled party.

We need another Reform Party movement in Canada.

He made it possible for Catholics to emigrate en mass from the Liberals. It would not have happened under the PC's given the historic anti-Catholic bias of the party.
