Free Speech For Me, But Not For Thee: Part II
Is there a bit of a trend going on here?

This past week a federal court heard arguments for and against Sec. 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act. Although it's a bit of a simplistic dichotomy, we'll say that on one side was the CHRC and Richard Warman (and their allies) who spoke in favor of Sec. 13 while on the other side Marc Lemire (and his allies) spoke in favor of repealing Sec. 13.

Attending the hearing were a number of the Free Dominion crowd, including Mark and Connie Fournier who have argued, on principle they claim, that Sec. 13 is an violation of the freedom of speech and expression and that anything that would deny people their right to freedom of speech and expression are an affront to human dignity.

The following quote is found on Mark's profile on Free Dominion:

"If it takes force to impose your ideas on your fellow man, there is something wrong with your ideas. If you are willing to use force to impose your ideas on your fellow man, there is something wrong with you."[/i]

However, even Mark has limits. There are some beliefs and forms of expression that are so dangerous that those who dare utter the offending words must be dealt with in the harshest manner possible short of execution.

As Mark and the rest of Free Dominion support the rights of virulent racists and Holocaust deniers the right to express their views, you gotta know that those views must be especially reprehensible of Mark feels that those who hold them and advocate for them must be severely punished. Right?

What are those terrible, horrible, evil points of view?
A belief in global climate change:

Man-made global warming and it's supposed effects is the biggest fraud in human history. Those who perpetrated it must be prosecuted for both their deeds and as a warning to the next set of fraudsters contemplating the next big scare. They should all be striped of every penny they made from their crimes and imprisoned for life.

So, to sum up and to paraphrase what looks to be Mark's position:

Mark: BURN HIM! BURN THE WITCH! HERESY! TOSS HIM IN PRISON AND LET HIM ROT THERE!

More accurately, the folks pleading for Sec 13.1 want to continue using it as a cash cow for legal fees - sans performance bonuses - while those opposed are demanding and end to legislation that fosters litigation against victims 'moved up the list of people who annoy' Nosferatu1.

'Anti-Racist Canada' exercises the right to 'freedom of expression' in Canada under the cyber-pseudonym 'Nosferatu200', while claiming to be 'A group of diverse but like-minded individuals.

A previous example of 'diverse individuals' posting under the same handle was the CHRC use of 'Jadewarr'.
A previous example of one individual posting as 'diverse individuals' to generate Complaints for the CHRC, is the same person who chose 'Anti-Racist Canada' to broadcast the identities and personal particulars of several FreeDominion members to sister site 'Anti-Racist Action', a group known to engage in gang-stalking Canadians they deem 'racist'.

There is every reason to believe that 'Nosferatu200' and 'Jadewarr' spring from the same bulletin board

As Mark and the rest of Free Dominion support the rights of virulent racists and Holocaust deniers the right to express their views...

FreeDominion supports the right of 'Anti-Racist Canada' to express 'their' views.

As a member of Freedomion, I look forward to the day when those behind the comments made about FreeDominion on 'Anti-Racist Canada' are paying Counsel to explain their activities before an ill-humoured Judge, fed up with the sort of shenanigans that led to repeal of Sec.13.1.

The same people that claim that Section 13 is necessary to protect "identifiable groups" from offensive speech that does NOT cross the line into inciting violence (because that is covered by the criminal code), are clearly advocating using criminal gang stalking and lawfare to destroy the lives of their political opponents. In many cases those opponents have turned out to be from vulnerable groups themselves (teenagers, the mentally ill, single moms, the poor, immigrants, etc).

Because Mark and I don't believe that vulnerable Canadians should be utterly destroyed financially, stalked at their places of employment or education, "outed" in their neighbourhoods, and thrown into prison for their non-violent speech, the guns have been turned on us and they will not be satisfied until Free Dominion is gone and they have destroyed our reputation and ruined us financially.

They openly admit that we are not "Nazis" or "racists", but it doesn't matter to them. We dare to stand up for the people they want to bully with impunity, so we must be destroyed.

This is the face of evil.

As to Jews, I actually have met some "official jews" who are starting to question their erancy, when told that there are Real Jews who belong to good organizations like JPFO and when reminded that some of their lieberal pundits are in fact, wolves in sheep's clothing. As to blacks, met more than a few on a trip to the USA a few years ago, and the ones I talked to were NOT demoncrap lieberal blacks although the rough area I found myself in seemed to be laden with their counterparts.

So the problem again is not blacks, Germans, Jews, or anyone, it is whether or not they are Conservative or lieberal that determines whether they are good or bad. The worst though is the lieberal white, plain human garbage...slags are and have been the contaminating fecality of all that is good. The worst lieberal black, jew, or whatever is far better than the best slag.

Realization of that fact would immediately neutralize any and all racist movements and cause an immediate focus on the real enemy of humanity, civilization, freedom and justice.
