Strange country this Canada. Please America, please invade us and save us from the French.
Blame it all on the PC anglophones of this country who think that learning and speaking french is the way to go. What fools. They are selling their own language down the tubes to kiss butt a people who want nothing at all to do with the english language, nor the anglophone people, period. They despise us and have contempt for us and yet we ask if we can do more for them. It's nuts. The anglophones are treated as second class citizen's in kebec and yet anglophones say and do nothing, not to mention that the politicians in da attawa just sit back and do absolutely nothing about the rights of the anglophones in kebec. What gutless anglophone politicians we have in this country. But deny a frenchman his/her rights outside of kebec and watch the chit hit the fan. There will be shouts of hatred and prejudice being puked up all over da attawa by those same anglophone gutless politicians. It's disgraceful to say the least.
The french are just taking advantage of a bunch of anglophone fools who, in the majority of cases, will do nothing to protect their language or culture or traditions anyway but seem gun ho in wanting to preserve all others. Idiots, is putting it mildly. We can only hope that Harry is right and that french is a dying language in the world and it will be insignificant one day because if we are going to wait for the anglophones and politicians to give a dam, we will be waiting forever.
I remember my days back when I lived in Montreal, when bills 101 came about, the Italians went out onto the streets and demonstrated against the bill, while the anglophones sat back and did nothing, as usual. It's hopeless until the anglophones start to speakout and standup and say "enough is enough". To that I say, good luck, if that ever came about.
The anglophones simply put are gutless. This my friend is what we have to live with in Canada today. It would seem that we are suppose to be all equal, except for some, who can have a little more equality than others in the name of peace and contentment. What a joke.
The COR papers that talk about rights in them should really be thrown into a fireplace and burned because it does not practise what it preaches. We are not an equality for all in this country, that is a big fat lie.

Well said. As Anglos sit back with the approval of all of the federal parties, Francophones continue their take over of our society as we have seen in unilingual Paybec, New Brunswick, Eastern Ontario including our national capital, Les Ottawa.
www.languagefairness.ca/www.asnb.ca/At least some New Brunswick Anglos are fighting back but needs support.
Please go to their website and offer whatever assistance you can. Perhaps its time that someone starts up an Ontario Anglo society to fight for our language rights but be prepared to be called a 'racist' if you do.
And dont expect any synpathy from Harper who seems to always start off his speeches in French.
Yes, I have noticed that also that Harper likes to start off most of his speeches in french. The GG likes to do that also. Why? Why does a PM of Canada, where over 70% of the people of this country speak english, starts off speaking in french first? I guess it is beginning to look like the french did win the battle on the Plains of Abraham after all. By the looks of things, I don't think we did at all. All these years I have been lied too.
Anyway, how dare this PM insult the anglophones of this country? Not that the anglophones don't deserve it, because they just let him do it and get away with it without so much as a whimper from these les(lazy)anglais.
You know you have to admire the french than one can the useless anglais. The french have the cahonnes to standup and speakout for their language and culture while les anglais just sit around twittling their thumbs and prefer to watch Oprah, sports or Global news and keep trying to support the official brainwashing of bilingualism on les anglais.
The anglophones at times just want to make me throwup. They are so apathetic, naive and lazy and show no concern for their heritage or language or culture one tiny bit. A prime example of that is around here where one would think that this conversation would gather more comments by members here about this situation rather than just leave it to you and me to say something. As long as you have this kind of respone, the Anglo society in N.B will be going in circles and going nowhere, fast. We anglais deserve what we get and will be reaping what we have allowed to be sowed. Sad but true.
