If 'kicked' means banned for nothing more than was on that thread then I will have to reconsider if FD is a site worth participating in.

Perhaps a reading of the rules would be a good suggestion. FD's rules are very good, very thorough and well thought out and based on years of running this site. But rules are no good if not enforced when necessary.

As I said on that thread Winston had every right to kick those abusing privilege. If you don't agree with a poster why in heavens name follow them around and make derogatory comments. If no one agrees or disagrees with a posting then there will be no comments. To fill the space with slam remarks because you don't like the idiotically of the poster says more about you than it does the originator.

Agreed. We have a prolific poster here right now that is posting everything and anything that may be of people's interest. I am actually refering to Ogopogo when I say that. Alot of it does not concern me a whit, and most of it is just popular interest anyway, but he carries on knowing that alot of it wont be read and/or will receive very little replies. Yoda should be treated the same way, and on the threads were people care to post a reply about the topic at hand, and not about the topic before.

The other thing that drives me nuts is people disregarding Yoda's replies as garbage just because they can't understand it. Anyone that can post in haiku's and prose as much as Yoda should be given accolades for understanding of the English language, not derided because you can't understand it. It's one thing to not like what he says, and insult him for that, but it's quite another to deride him for how he says it, English is used differently by every single person on this board or on this planet, one cannot insult another for not having a common language.

Heck, I thought I knew a thing or two about how to handle money and what changes in the economy, lending rates, loan availability and investment grade gemstones......

I mean, I was only self-employed for 19 years and when I did run a textile printing firm with 30 employees for someone else and brought new profitability to it, but I never brokered a real estate loan over $500k nor sold any properties larger than a 29 lot subdivision, nor did I ever list anything in the commercial realm over $4.5 Million.....well,

I've gotta tell YOU that just seeing your name on a post and knowing you've clicked on the link and have mastered the art of cutting and pasting and can run an elementary Google search.......it honestly gives me chills.

I mean, NOBODY here pores over, researches or explains their source material like YOU do.
