Oct 27, 2003	Senator Anne Cools speaks in the Senate to oppose Bill C-250, which would amend the Criminal Code to add Sexual orientation to the Hate Law. She said in the Senate: Bill C-250 is a slur on many Canadians. It is a criminal prosecutorial tool to cleanse these Canadians of their moral opinions … My concerns stem from the fact that the term “hate” is not being used as Mr. Cohen conceptualized, but is being used by certain homosexual rights activists to mean anyone or anything that disagrees with them. Aug 28, 2006	Marc Lemire files a motion before the CHRT to add Richard Warman as a respondent based on the Expert evidence provided by Bernard Klatt in a August 22, 2006 affidavit.
Oct 6, 2006	Richard Warman submits an affidavit in response to motion to add him as a party where he denies posting the message and also states: [4] I do not know Anne Cools, and have very little knowledge about her other than that I understand her to be a member of the Senate. I have no reason to have any animus against her.
Oct 26, 2006	CHRT Rules on motion to add Warman as a Respondent. [14] If Mr. Lemire is of the view that Mr. Warman has contravened the Act, he is free to file his own human rights complaint with the Commission. The Tribunal is, however, seized at this time with a complaint filed by Mr. Warman against Mr. Lemire. The addition of Mr. Warman as a respondent is not necessary to dispose of the complaint. Mr. Lemire’s motion is dismissed.
July 13, 2007	Xtra! Magazine article says Richard Warman is a member of EGALE. Warman says that the most recent decision will send "a strong message" to haters that "calls for the genocide of homosexuals and other groups will not be tolerated." Warman, an Egale Canada member and a federal civil servant, files these complaints in his spare time.
Sept 6, 2007	Richard Warman admits under oath that he is a member of EGALE. THE MEMBER: Are you a member of the group EGALE or the movement? EGALE. I will allow that question MR. WARMAN: then the answer is yes. (Audio Transcript – Warman v. Guille: 9/6/2007: Position 1:40 )

I think that "90'sAreOver" (Lucy's ISP-twin) felt comfortable venting his hate for Cools on Freedomsite. Its the simplest and most obvious conclusion.

Not all Lavender Lives are heroes

Guy Burgess was arguably the most dangerous gay who ever lived. As a spy for the Soviet Union the Englishman helped organize a ring of gay men who came from the highest echelons of British society.

According to documents that have been declassified from both British Intelligence and the CIA, Burgess and his fellow spies helped prolong the Cold War for years, and possibly led to the deaths of nearly a dozen western agents.

The ring of gay included Anthony Blunt, tutor of French, art historian, art adviser to Queen Elizabeth, agent in MI5 during World War Two, "The Fourth Man"

Donald Maclean (1915-1983), Foreign Office secretary, Paris, Washington, Cairo, London

Harold Adrian Russell ("Kim") Philby (1912-1988), journalist, agent in MI6, "The Third Man"

John Cairncross, Foreign Office secretary, private secretary to Lord Hankey, Secretary for Security, sometimes referred to as "The Fifth Man"

On May 26, 1951, Burgess and MacLean defected to the Soviet Union, brining their espionage to light. It took the next twenty years for the others to be identified and the damage assessed.

But, who was Guy Burgess?

The Devonport-born Burgess had, from early youth, always wanted to join the Navy. His father had been an officer in the Royal Navy and the lore and legend of the sea became a family tradition. To that end, Burgess first attended Eton, then the naval college at Dartmouth. It was later claimed that he dropped out of Dartmouth because an eye problem disqualified him from Navy service but the real reason was that he had attempted to seduce some other youths, an affair that was hushed up.

Burgess graduated from Eton in 1930, going on to Cambridge. There, at Trinity College, he fell in with the left-wing set, the sons of well-to-do men who got drunk at posh clubs almost every night while toasting the lower classes and vowing that Communism was the only salvation for the oppressed of the earth.

In reality, none of these young men, ever had anything to do with the working class and their brand of Marxism was bottled in imported brandy. The group to which Burgess attached himself was also decidedly gay. His roommate and the fellow classmate who recruited him into the Soviet ranks was Anthony Blunt who became Burgess' lover.
Other on-and-off lovers included Donald Maclean and Kim Philby. All of them would lead well-pampered lives as they first played at being spies for the KGB which early on recruited them through Blunt.

Burgess was unorthodox in his approach, selecting the most handsome of young men and then attempting to sexually seduce them.
In 1934, Burgess, David Maclean, Kim Philby, and the others from Cambridge took a trip to Moscow, more for social than political reasons. The tourist jaunt did not agree with Burgess who found the Soviet city dreary and depressing. He remained drunk during most of his Russian stay. At one point, Moscow police found Burgess dead drunk in the Park of Rest and Culture. Inside of his coat pocket were letters of introduction to prominent Russian scholars and politicians from members of the Astor family.

On his return to Britain he joined the BBC. In one bizarre twist, as a reporter he interviewed for radio Philby who had returned from Spain where he was writing a book on the Spanish Civil War. He also interviewed Winston Churchill who gave him a autographed set of his speeches.

As war approached, Prime Minister Nevill Chamberlain, who had also been interviewed by Burgess, entrusted the BBC commentator with secret dispatches which he clandestinely delivered to French leader Edouard Daladier and Italian dictator Benito Mussolini. Chamberlain had hoped that these secret messages would help avert the war that Adolf Hitler so eagerly sought. They did not. But Burgess's act gained him a job as a British spy. British Intelligence had no idea he was already working for the Russians.

Arrogantly he hired fellow Soviet spy Philby to work with him in British Intelligence. All the while, throughout the way and after, they passed along vital British and American intelligence secrets to the Russians.

In 1949, the British began to suspect Blunt was a spy. In 1951 when Blunt was questioned by authorities, Burgess and McLean defected to the Soviets.

The pair used an escape route had already been worked out by a KGB spymaster who had been contacted by Anthony Blunt. The two men drove to Southampton. They arrived just in time to catch the 11:45 P.M. cross-Channel boat Falaise which was sailing to St. Malo, France.

Both men went to their cabin and locked themselves inside. They did not leave the cabin when the rest of the passengers disembarked in St. Malo to take the train to Paris, but stayed inside guzzling a case of beer they had ordered from the steward. Some time later both men staggered from the cabin and hired a taxi to drive them fifty miles to Rennes. There they caught a later train to Paris and from there, their KGB contacts arranged for them to fly first to Czechoslovakia, then on to Moscow where they were met by KGB agent F. V. Kislytsin who had been the man to whom they had for years delivered their secrets. Kislytsin had been stationed in the Soviet Embassy in London.

The Russians paraded their star agents before Western journalists in a 1956 press conference. Both Burgess and Maclean denied ever having spied and that they were merely "peace lovers" who had become disillusioned with the West.Both men worked at espionage in Russia. Maclean appeared to adapt but Burgess continued to drink heavily. His once chiseled handsome face became bloated. He took on weight and seemed to want to talk of his native country. He obviously missed all things British. Miserable at having to live inside a puritanical state, Burgess drank himself to death on August 30, 1963. In that year Kim Philby, also fled to the Soviet Union.

There is another way to prove that it's Richard Warman's IP and that Rogers did not reassign it during the timeframe in question.

A smug Warman may be easily trapped here.
