I think you're absolutely right, JustAnotherV_ , the "Guettoization" is alreay inevitable. The Public system is so morally bankrupt that more and more, parents are going to be placing their children in private schools anyway. Soon the middle-class will be out of the public school system, and we'll have a two-tier system. Keeping the public school system secular won't stop the balkanization of Ontario. Multiculturalism is coming to its fruition.
If he or any of the mainstream partisan political parties really wish to give a system that is fair and balanced, then give us a VOUCHER SYSYTEM
