"women n***** imports knew their place" - Warman

Documenting free speech attacks by Richard Warman, Warren Kinsella, the Human Rights Commissions and others who would seek to silence conservative discourse in Canada.

Postby Frankie » 01/ 20/ 08 1:08 pm

They were completely aware of what was going on, which at least makes them complicit. I don't believe for a second Richard Warman and Dean Steacy were rogues within the organization, they were doing exactly what the CHRC wanted them to be doing and what the CHRC was paying them to be doing.

If this is true then the CHRC is working diligently to justify their own existence & at the same time removing a voice from anyone who would question their perceived authority. Damage control might want to look at this Monday morning & let the distancing begin!

It is likely that the relationship between the CHRC and its operatives is so incestuous that the CHRC will be afraid to hang them out to dry. The operatives know too much.

Now they are all right where they should be, in a quandary.

One thought I had was that Dickie is so insecure that he had to drum up business for the CHRC (to secure his own position) and could have done that on his own. Either way, they're not going to want much to do with him if it makes them look bad.

redtop,

You mean, to drum up business, all the CHRC ops had to do was to hold trials and fine each other based on the doings of the ops themselves?

Never know, by the looks of things, that still could happen.

I think that possibly Warman has some credibility problems of his own. His libel action is starting to collapse around his ears. He may wind up paying you to keep this out of court.
The most effective way to stifle democracy is to transfer decision-making from the public arena to unaccountable institutions: activist judges, human rights tribunals, parliamentary committees, civil service bureaucrats and political party hacks.

The CHRC is a nest of vipers who have been selling off the liberty of all Canadians for personal power and profit.

The real shame is that we, the people, allowed this to happen. We were not vigilant enough. Now our task of cleaning this mess up will be that much more difficult.

In Eldon's case nothing.

I suppose they reserve the right to send the state goon squad to kick down your door and drag you away to frighten you if you refuse to respond...that is if they really want to get you.

...remember Theresa after the Charter we now live in a parody police state under a devolved form of martial justice meted out by a couple of quasi-constitutional parallel legal administrations...the system is set up to screw you if it really wants to...I suppose some Poobah in the star chamber decided Eldon wasn't a big enough catch to warrant the trouble...it is interesting to note they tried him in absentia anyway...and convicted him... he just didn't respond and they dropped it. 8)

But Eldon has had run ins with the mutant state before and has proven to be absolute in his convictions and resolute in his stand...and he can't be bullied into silence or subordination by all the goonery the state and it's black robed priests can dish out...he's been through that gauntlet of fire and came out more resolute and contemptuous of statist thuggery than when they started gooning him...so maybe that was taken into account when HRC decided to drop proceedings against him.

In the long run I think the best way to stay free from these machinations of the leviathan state is to stand up to them boldly and loudly and don't back down....More than anything opportunist predators pick on the weak and timid....just don't live your life like a prey species and the predators will avoid scrapping with you. ;)

They had to go out and seek wrong-doing. When the wrong-doing dried up after one case, they had to create the wrong-doing by entrapping others.

I thin Crybaby used his racist and bigotted language here also for another purpose. Anne Cools has been an ally of the right side, a side Crybaby hates. Why would he not have chosen a black woman who is a radfem and/or proponent of lieberalism. I think crybaby has injected his lieberal anti-family bigotry into the equation.

Back to black women, I can see why the preponderancy of black males to islam. Regular black males with some exceptions tend to be abusive of black women(impregnate and abandon) and since abuse is a given towards women by islamic males, what better way to abuse women than under the guise of religion?

Black women generally have a burden, imposed by members of the opposite gender of their own race.

Anne Cools is a class act, I absolutely adore that woman. Anyone who tries to attack her really is making themselves look very, very stupid.

Question about "hatespeech" laws in Canada

Postby RichardC » 01/ 20/ 08 2:03 pm

Question from an American about "hate speech" laws in Canada: Why not just use a US website hosting company and have a US citizen residing in the US as the administrator? Wouldn't that put you completely beyond the reach of the Canadian censors? I can start a website about Canada and say whatever I want about anyone I want. Here in the USA, we can still say almost anything as long as we don't directly threaten or incite violence. Even when threats and violence are involved, the US government has to prove it in a criminal court, not an administrative hearing that the prosecution always wins.
Even more important, most Americans support the right of free speech even when we find that particular speech repugnant. Bush and the neocons are trying to change that, using 9/11 as the tired old excuse, but I don't see them succeeding any time soon.
Thanks,
-Richard

Somehoew, I think people are not understanding the full implications of the CHRC and its bag of dirty tricks.

The CHRC was created with the purpose of social engineering in mind. This quote from the Human Rights act where it sets out the duties and functions of the CRHC illustrates my point nicely

(h) shall, so far as is practical and consistent with the application of Part III, try by persuasion, publicity or any other means that it considers appropriate to discourage and reduce discriminatory practices referred to in sections 5 to 14.1.

And now we are being treated to a lesson on just how the CHRC intends to impliment this legislative carte blanch to discourage discrimination ..... by having their operatives make discriminatory expressions and then flattening the very means of those expressions.

In other words, they are setting up private publishers, internet forums and blogs specificly for the purpose of removing those publications, forums and blogs from the public.

Again, A public inquiry into the CHRC is mandatory. The people of Canada have a right to know who has been setting this agenda for these thugs and why.

Any government that refuses an inquiry is inherently complicit in attacking the very means of the public availing itself of its freedom of expression and risks a legitimate uprising of the people to restore their rights.
