FD in Ottawa Court - July 21st - Baglow Dismissal Motion

Please pass the word that Mark, Peter O'Donnell and I will be in the Ontario Superior Court on Elgin Street in Ottawa on July 21, 2011.

John Baglow, aka Dr. Dawg, has decided to sue us for defamation, and we have made a motion to dismiss his claim as frivolous and vexatious.

This is the fourth lawsuit that has been launched against us. The others have dragged on for years, but this is your chance to be in the courtroom as both sides lay it all on the table in this case. If we get our way, the judge will look at the evidence and decide this once and for all.

Please come, and please pass this along to everyone you think might be interested!!

We wish you good fortune in having this nonsense blocked and sincerely hope that the judge sees fit to have Baglow reimburse you for your expenses. Full reimbursement would be good (but is not likely) but even a partial reimbursement would help keep other predators scavengers bloodsuckers parasites at bay. (I can't find a printable description.)

Man oh man. This ongoing harassment can only be aimed at assuming one will just give up and shut it down, which has to be the intended desire. At what point is the harassment the only actual wrong involved?

I would like to be there for the hearing. The problem is that it is held in Ottawa. Apart from the distance there is also the matter of the smell. I don't think I could handle being around the stench of politicians that pollutes the air in Ottawa for that long. ;)
