What more does someone need before they start a formal investigation?

Well, not the blogosphere, that's for sure.
Actually, I don't want no steenkin' formal investigation.

Bugger 'offical' observation.
'They couldn't find their own arseholes with a flashlight and a squad of marines' is the old saying that applies here.

If freedom of speech is truly meaningful in Canada, then FreeDominion is the coal-mine canary of that 'right'.

FreeDominion has hosted both Arthur Topham and Harry Abrams - opponents in a classic and 'active' CHRC/T 'process', and treated each with the reasonable respect and harmonic discord ones expects online.

It's unfortunate that FreeDominion has to focus energies on the right to speak - when the issues that concern devotees of principled conservatism need strong voice.

They're lucky they didn't hack into some speechnik's internet account. Such a person might not have taken it as benignly as Ms Hechme seems to have done. Of course, in mid-town Ottawa, what are the chances?

The Hechme story is a sideshow...the real story is as 4H posts above.

What we are seeing here is lefty arm waving about Ezra and Marc making a big deal out of the telecom theft (a matter which the RCMP chose to leave "unproven".)

But what really matter and what I have posted at Dawgs without rebuttal, is why poor Mr. Vigna is was unserene.

Basic rule for lawyers: you cannot knowingly mislead a Court or a Tribunal. Vigna knew that. So his serenity was shattered.
