The man knows how to self-promote, I'll give him that.

Klinxx was certainly trying to stir everyone up with his posts. Sound familiar? I stated earlier that I'd bet money Klinxx was never found, he was thrown in the group of names as a decoy. My guess is he was put here to get certain reactions that members could be sued over.

On July 18, 2007, we received a notice from the Canadian Human Rights Commission that there was a complaint against Free Dominion.
Mark Fournier wrote:The common thread through all of these attacks is how specifically Free Dominion has been targeted.
Marie-Line Gentes complained to the CHRC about someone posting a link to another site on Free Dominion. But she did not complain about the website of actual publication or about the author of the post.
Richard Warman has issued three harassing lawsuits against us for the words of others.
Richard Warman has sued several of the John Does for the words of others but didn't sue some of the actual authors of those words.
Ultimately, Richard Warman sued us for refusing to help him cover up his actions and then he called the police on us for refusing to allow him to dictate who will be allowed to post on Free Dominion.
All of this is politically motivated and is an abuse of the legal system. He has left the CHRC in shambles, he is bringing disrepute to the Law Society of Upper Canada, and who knows what damage he will do to the Department of National Defense before they are fed up with him.
No one knows how all this will end but one thing is certain, we are principled conservatives so we will never bend to this kind of intimidation and harassment. We owe at least that much to our fellow Canadians.

Free Dominion has been the focal point because we won't go away and we won't shut up. Previous to FD involvement all this was going on under the radar. Canadians were being persecuted for speaking publicly about their views the same views millions of other Canadians hold. And they were being silenced and fined while certain people were be hailed as hero's and receiving large sums of money. FD changed all that and is therefore hated for the light they shone on the dark dealings while the media slept. This trial will be very public and more large amounts of light will be shone. Me thinks 'someone' has miscalculated, and has dug too deep a hole to climb out of gracefully. It will probably be ugly be in the end there will be serve repercussions for those who worked in the shadows persecuting their political opponents.

In the end.....
I think Warman is going to REGRET stepping into THIS one.
He's making a CRATER of his political/legal existence by purposeful miscarriage of justice and unfounded attacks.
I have YET to see him demonstrate how he was "damaged" by anything ANYONE posted here.....even questionable shills like Klinxxx......!!!!
All the underhanded and borderline ILLEGAL tricks and dodges he's employed in concurrent actions speak poorly for any sort of efficacy or actual legal acumen on his part.

He's built a house of cards......there's a strong wind coming......and he's OUT of super glue.

Comparing dates with other events, that was just about when Lemire was being stiffled by the CHRC on evidence and the CHRC employees were on the stand.
Maybe they thought they were on a roll with what they were getting away with in the Lemire case, what they had already slam dunked in the Beaumont and Guille cases, and Freedo looked like another easy pickings.
