I'd like to thank Free Dominion for allowing me this terrific opportunity to reveal to all who are interested what I have been able to discover regarding Bio-Chemical Warfare and what YOU can do about the proliferation of these Weapons of Mass Inhilation.

There's nothing funny about the data I have assembled, in fact...

Most of it is downright terrifying.

Folks have a hard time coming to grips with the issues as they are highly emotionally charged and truly deadly on a mass scale.

Having been involved DIRECTLY with U.S. Military testing in the Navy, I have a unique perspective on the matters at hand.

The scale, nature, and longevity of this technology is astonishing.

Many people think that if they just ignor it, it will quietly disappear on its own or that they won't personally be involved or affected.

Nothing could be farther from the truth.

I will prepare a proglogue for this forum and post that next.

While I appreciate your concern, it has been determined that the best method for distributing this information is to have it be a "read only" forum.

I am well aware of issues raised regarding these weapons, their creation, and their use as I have actively been tracking them for 30 years.

I hardly believe that I know everything, but I have discovered a number of blind alleys and can for the most part differentiate between hypothecation, fiction, and the down-home truth of these matters.

These issues, while having a history of their own are anything from dormant or "in the past".

However, as my old friend Patrick Henry said, "I know of no way of judging the future but by the past." And so, the first few posts I will supply here will be historical in nature to allow you to put the current state of affairs in proper perspective and perhaps dispel some incorrect apprehensions and misunderstandings on the part of the uninformed public.

I assure you that I will make every effort to resist "editorializing". My personal experiences serve to underline the reality of the circumstances along with those of my associates and fellow researchers.

I will be suggesting books and reference materials along the way so that you can verify the data I post and/or study on your own.

This is unfortunately a vast field and is hidden by a shroud of military secrecy in many instances.

The recent events in Iraq serve to accentuate the timeliness of this effort to educate and inform you.

I'm hoping you can make use of this information to your best advantage and to improve the world around you.

Please feel free to contact me if you have a specific question and I will atttempt to answer it or direct you to someone who may have better capabilities in light of the issues you raise.

The main reason that there will be no replies as such allowed on this forum is to leave this highly important data "undiluted". This is NOT to say that your input will be ignored or considered inconsequential. There is new information coming available daily and I can't watch all sources simultaneously.

Please also feel free to post new threads in other forums to your liking, but I have declined to comment on other issues here so I can make headway with compiling the necessary and quite voluminous information.

You can rest assured that I have "filtered" any information I will supply here and that I will continue to hone the presentation as we go along.

I feel it is I who should be thanking you JB for bringing this to our attention. Until I read your postings on SHAD and Bio-chemicals when I came here several years ago I had never heard of it.

I can now say that I know more about these things than I ever thought that I could. You have seen fit to enlighten us and it is very much appreciated.

Thanks for the education and the endless perseverance. You are truely an FD treasure.
