Stephen Harper had a very successful meeting in Quyon Quebec tonight. the room was packed with over 80 people in this rural West Quebec riding.
The were many people there who came to listen to what Mr. Harper had to say, and at the close of the meeting many memberships were sold.

The people of the Pontiac told Mr. Harper it is time to throw out the arrogant tired Liberals and they were going to help him do it.

A warm welcome to all the new Conservatives from Quebec. Thank you for joining us in the fight to defeat the Martin liberals. :hurray:

Is that Tubby James Moore, the liberal hypocrite perched on the high stool?

"What do our opponents mean when they apply to us the label "Liberal?"

But if by a "Liberal" they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people -their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties, if that is what they mean by a "Liberal," then I'm proud to say I'm a "Liberal."

Yes and his gut is protruding so bad, his size XXXL jacket is straining to contain it.

And yes Moore is a liberal, why he hasn't crossed the floor yet is beyond me. Probably because the Liberals wouldn't have him, which is really saying a lot.

It is great to see that Stephen Harper is actually working in Quebec to build support, not only for himself but for the party.

Unlike Belinda who is just practicing checkbook politics without a care of the future of the party.

It's good to see our prominent politicians visit small rural areas.

As I asked in another thread, I wonder if Ms. Stronach will be visiting rural British Columbia anytime soon? (or rural Western Canada for that matter)

I would think that Belinda could not find rural British Columbia, but she might have flown over on her private jet on the way to Hawaii.

When Harper wins the leadership, he should be spending a LOT of time in Québec, Ontario, and Atlantic Canada.

We should definitely target some key Québec ridings that we can win. It'd be nice to see him to some French ads in front of the Québec flag.
