I'm sorry but if your biggest problem is that people didn't say Whoopty on the ski jump in both official languages then you are paid to much and have to much time on your hands.

Bilingualism in Vancouver would have meant English and Mandarin - and maybe the other way around in half the city.
MORE ALBERTA. 
Less Ottawa.
