OPP distracting from the Caledonia BS?

A question for Mr. Kennedy, if the amish land owners had "land patents" could/would this have been prevented? Or at least prevent unwanted persons from entering their farms/property? With or without warrants.
Just curious, as I received some info from Deb Madill some time back and want to have a lawyer look at it to see how it might be set up in BC.
