Ah, I stand corrected then. I see you still aren't willing to bet against me though. Odd that.

Oh and you still aren't willing to substantiate your unproven allegations.

You do know that if you are using the persons real name, on something like this - you could be held liable? I'm not sure why I'm warning you though. Must be out of the goodness of my heart.
Your overall argument is:
"The US states do not fund abortions. Canada's provinces do fund abortions; therefore Canada is bad and, gosh, I can use the term "abortuaries" with a sneer."

That doesn't prove I am a liar.

He is a convicted criminal ... = not a lie = FACT.

Convicted criminals are NOT allowed to volunteer in schools and his police background check would have showed that he was violent if such a thing were true.

Admit you're a liar... LIAR.

you can apologize as well :hurray:

I quoted a news article from the very begining. They are the ones who must fact check.

I accept your apology ... but still somewhat confused as to why you are sticking to this. :?

One source out of literally dozens that say nothing about it. Let's get some cross reference.

If he is a convict he would not be allowed to volunteer in a school, most particularly if his offense was violent.

Small liberal - I never called you a liar.

I merely asked that you prove your allegations. If you had done that first thing rather then telling me to do your work for you - I would have responded much differently.

Sansone says he got into some trouble with the law five years ago, and was convicted of assault and attempted burglary. But he’s put all that behind him. He never had any firearms-related charges.

Which still doesn't justify not calling him, especially since the drawing was of a toy gun. Or the entire gestapo coming down, arresting him, and dragging this whole thing out. He still should be able to successfully sue the teacher that filed a false report of a firearm. I see nothing to substantiate that part of her report given a 4 year old child's statement about 'shooting monsters' and her drawing of a toy gun.

Anyways, it's still a blemish on the teacher for her amazing lack of judgement.

Logical explanation is that the lieberal msm whores have lied again, they are well known for redaction and bending things to advance their lieberal agenda. Their logic would be that this guy must be defamed because he is pro gun, and therefore is mean and evil, wicked and nasty. That is my theory and I think it plausible. A good example is their refusal to use the real name of gamil gharbi instead of mark lepine...why?

They want to input by this the validation of their agenda that lepine is one of us evil White men responsible for all that is bad and also a foreign name would leave a blotch on their muliticultist pro refugee/immigration bent.

Dude, take his name ... put it in quotes ... add the word "burglary" ... .. go on over to news.google.com ... you will find dozens of news articles mentioning his criminal past.

ah, no.

The teacher followed the letter of the law. They must call Childrens Aid if there is any suspicion a childs safety is in danger. If they did not call Childrens Aid they can be fired.

So it is a guarantee that the teachers and councilors who refused to take the Shafia girls fears seriously are now unemployed?

why?

This is Canada, if he sues and loses he has to pay the lawyers bills of the people he sued.

(which is exactly what a lawyer is going to tell him)

Unfortunately as bad as it appears I don't think any laws were broken. That's the sad part, that the law allows or better yet encourages this kind of thing.
