Goths should be banned, and anyone expressing Goth predilictions should be assessed by psychiatrists. Imprison them for their own good if necessary.

I don't think we need another registry, we can simply take the advice of a pop song from the 90s and take them bowling -

The registry should go into effect Jan 1.

All families will be required to turn in any Goth in their household.

Until then an "amnesty" will be in effect.

We could even have a "Goth Exchange" in which those families who turn in their Goth are awarded a cash bonus.
