The saturation point has been reached, as indicated by the rebellion against the fascist bureaucracies and gubmit, started by the founding of the OLA.

I will be starting my report on the imposition by the fascist MOE and Horton Township in denying the right of a landowner to use and enjoy his property, the seeming bent of the Renfrew OPP to enforce the insanity, and what I see as complicity in the higher ranks of the OPP and the OCPC to deny justice against corruption, prejudice, abuse of system, etc by that enforcement agency, indicating we have two sets of rules.

I will start tomorrow and take the story to it's present place where the Professional Standards Bureau of the OPP and the OCPC have acted in what I see as a complicit manner to deny justice, based on a technicality, that should have been of no effect.

At the end I will be forwarding the whole mess to the Ombudsman and the appropriate regulatory agencies to seek redress, review, and disciplinary action against named personnel of the Renfrew OPP.

I will then move on the the attempted bullying and intimidation tactics utilized by the MOE, the Kingston manager of the MOE, and the eastern director of the MOE in trying to block essential information I have been trying to get to determine the question of competency in one of their field enforcement officers. All will be supported by actual correspondences with the powers that be, and an expose of what I see as corruption from within.

I have aready contacted Toby Barrett's office seeking help from them, as critic of the MOE but will not stop there.

What I see as fascism and corruption and abuse of system of the Renfrew OPP and the manger of the KIngston office of the MOE, and the director of the eastern division of the MOE must be exposed, accounted for, and stopped.

As I said, the names will not be changed or censored to protect the guilty.

Crown Land Patent Grants

Yes, you do have property/land rights and they are determined with your Crown Land Patent Grants. These Grants or Letters Patent are contracts between the first settlers and the Crown…they are also contracts with you. When the Crown Land Patents were issued one of the most important statements in them was that they were issued to the Patentee and the Patentee’s heirs and assigns forever. If you own land, YOU ARE THE HEIRS OR ASSIGNS. To be sure you own your water rights, your mineral rights, your trees, everything on, under and over your property/land…GET YOUR CROWN LAND PATENT GRANT! And to be doubly sure…have a title search done from your deed to the Crown Land Patent Grant. Sometimes, people made the decision to donate parts of their land to Conservation Authorities, as parks or for some form of public good…the only way to determine what is reserved to the Crown and what exacly belongs to you…you guessed it…do a title search and get your Crown Land Patent Grant.

You want proof…the Ontario (Attorney General) v. Rowntree Beach Assn., 1994…the article in the Midland Free Press, May 19, 2000 states…and I quote… “Public "user rights" over private property only become legal rights upon a successful application to the court initiated by the Attorney General.” and “If you don’t own it, you cannot plan for it.”

“In addition, letters patents are still required for a more esoteric legal reason… Over the years court cases have dealt with the legal force and effect of letters patent. Therefore, we need to keep letters patent at least to have this jurisprudence continue to apply to the instruments of grant”
