….. that the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Lanark will hold a statutory Public Meeting to provide an opportunity to review and ask questions with regard to the proposed Lanark County Sustainable Communities Official Plan on Thursday June 14, 2012 at 7:00pm in the Lanark County Council Chambers, 99 Christie Lake Road, Perth, 613-267-4200.



This is the last in a series of public meetings to introduce the Sustainability Plan to the people residing in Lanark County. It is important to know, that if this plan passes in the current format then Private Property owners will be subjected to Unconstitutional changes to their Right of enjoyment and their ability to make a living from their Private Property. You will have restrictions placed on what you can and cannot do with your Private Property.



Attend this meeting and fill out the forms available to launch an objection to the OMB regarding this illegal intrusion on your Private Property and a gross disrespect of the Canadian Constitution.



The Corporation of the County of Lanark and the Corporations of the Towns and Townships of Lanark County in partnership with the Corporation of the Province of Ontario have decided together to remove your Constitutional Rights to free and unencumbered ownership and usage of your Private Property.



These corporations, which are the same as corporations like IBM, Intel, Ford, Kraft etc. are a company with employees with no authority to dictate to you what restrictions you have on Private Property.



They do not own your land, they pay no mortgage or property taxes and therefore they cannot plan for your land.



They have No Rights, No Title and No Interest in your Private Property.



If you choose not to defend your Constitutional Rights then your silence will be seen as acceptance and therefore be prepared to lose more of your rights.
