At times I wonder about things in life, and am puzzled why bad things happen to good people. I have found scriptural precepts that say the sun shines on the good and the bad. I have found also that the richest most powerful man of all time stated that life was vanity and vexation of spirit.

At such times, as what you are experiencing, one can question many things. I have also concuded that scriptural precepts indicate our knowledge is finite and God's is infinite. IT clearly says that the fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. I am not considering myself a righteous man but I will add my own supplications to this situation.

Today is appt day once again for hubby and prayers are in that his blood work will be decent enough for chemo again tomorrow. He's actually been doing surprisingly well since his last treatment. Must be all the prayers headed in his direction. [-o<

Best of luck for today and the future. I'm seeing a number examples recently of the certainty that miracles can happen.

Miracles do happen unless our impatience gets in the way. Syky and her husband are very patient people. Prayers up!

It didn't go as well as we had hoped, no chemo this week but he's now on injections with hopes that his white count will come up. We'll try again next week. :ohwell:

The success is owed to injections that he's been on to build his bone marrow. He'll have to continue taking them every other week until we're done. I think he has 8 more secessions to go but it certainly is taking a toll on him. I'm not surprised that his body is out of poop so to speak after all he's been taking surgeries or treatments since November 2010. All in all he has done amazingly well thanks be to God and prayers from family and friends.

If I even tried to bring liver into the house he'd show me the door.

All prayers are very much appreciated. [-o<

I pray for the good spirits, healing and well being of you both.

An interesting bit I just realized. #-o

A month ago with the New NDP government all of hubbies cancer drugs became covered 100% meaning I no longer had to come up with $500 a month for his meds. :hurray:

As I said in an earlier post because of a low white cell count hubby was put on injections to help him produce more 7 days on and about 7 days off. These drugs according to the package cost $2026.64. That would have meant if the bill had not passed that I would have had to come up with about $5000 every month :ohwell:
Had it been a cost I would have to bear I would have cashed out a few things and still covered his treatment but that's beside the point. What about the people who don't have access to that kind of money. Fighting a devastating disease like cancer is a trial in it's self and you shouldn't have to deal with the financial what if's. Never thought I would be graciously thanking the NDP
