I have no idea what this is about but personally I have bigger fish to fry. Bulldog, I have argued with you politely, and impolitely long in the past, but you were right about one very important thing.

We have far less to fear from anti-semites, whether they be overt or subtle, than the leftist fascists that seek to stymy our free speech. Some of them even house themselves in so called Jewish advocacy groups. I didn't want to believe it when you pointed that out, but you were right, and what is happening here is testament to who we should really be worried about.

Heck, I even advocate decriminalizing drug use, but I don't trek with Libertarian eithers, and my position on drug use is safe to say unpopular with most people I go to Church with, most of my friends and probably most conservatives on this web site.

It's too bad Bulldog is leaving, I disagreed with his left-wing views but he wasn't quite as far left as DAC, Adonick, or Charles White.

I would hate to lose Bulldog and it saddens me that LittleHarbour left. These 2 had lots to contribute so please take a break (always a great idea) and come back please. It wouldn't be much of a board without conservatives to sound off.

Charles White is hardly liberal by an stretch. DAC and Adonick are to some degree but they are a credit to this board as well.

I'm out of here for 2 months, as far as any comments on the public board.

Then, I will make a final decision.

If such a simple thing, as revaluating my past opinons on homosexuality , is going to draw such controversy and bitterness, I'd rather not contribute to this.

I don't leave on hard terms-far from it-but, I can't deal with the uncivility(on both parts) anymore. I'm not a 'nice guy' when I get personally attacked-I respond in kind.

I hope Little Harbour comes back, and FD triumphs in it's legal proceedings.

I'd like to again credit Connie and Mark with being two of the most courageous and princicpled people in Canada.

And salute a heck of a lot of other folks with being some one the most insightful and intelligent people in political cyberspace.

I have just read through all 6 pages of this thread and the language But that being said there are personalities on every board that will never get along just like in real life. I have been sharing threads with BD since my first postings here at FD and would hate to see that end. We all need to take a breather on occasion and the summer is as good a time as any.
