Today Sun News quotes some data that demonstrates just how biased the equalization payment process has been since inauguration in 1957 in one province's favour. Yet Quebec continues to complain. It seems to me that the time for this petulant child to leave home has indeed arrived. If Marois wins I sincerely hope that the rest of the country immediately demands that a negotiation process begins that ultimately will cut all ties.
